Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience with us. Since our products are customized, we only offer replacements in specific cases as mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement
• Only damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement.
• Customized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged.

Return Window
• Customers must request a replacement within 5 days of delivery.

Replacement Only (No Refunds)
• We do not offer refunds.
• Eligible orders will only receive a replacement of the same product.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
• The seller will cover the return shipping cost, but only for valid damaged-product cases.

Required Proof
To approve a replacement request, customers must provide:
• A clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
• Photos/videos showing the damage or defect

Without an unboxing video from the start, replacement requests cannot be accepted.

Replacement Process
1. Customer shares unboxing video + photos within 5 days.
2. Our team verifies the issue.
3. If approved, a replacement unit is shipped at no extra cost.

Non-Eligible Situations
• No unboxing video
• Wrong handling by customer after delivery
• Minor variations due to customization or handcrafting
• Delivery delays (not covered for replacement/refund)
